Action Editor Download

How do I download the action editor? I can't seem to find it on the download page...

There is not a separate download. You just download the demo version of the game and choose Action Editor from the menu.

I've seen several references to the "free demo" version of Bliss, to be utilized when verifying actions with the Activity Editor, but I haven't seen any free demo versions available for download. Are all versions free to download/use/test in that context until you purchase the license key that makes the game fully operational?
