Situations Repeating

I’m having a problem if I am using multiple action files (*.bjf) and have set up custom situations. I have a basic edits.bjf, some bjf’s I’ve downloaded and one I have created myself. Sometime we want to use all the actions (bjf files) and sometimes not, but we want the same custom situations for each. (In each action file(*.bjf) I have set up identical custom situations). When we start the game and use multiple action files (*.bjf’s) we get the same custom situation multiple times once the game starts.
Any known solution that doesn’t mean combining everything down to one file would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is a little wordy, but kind of difficult to explain in a concise way.
