OS Lion will not download Bliss. Error message -POWERPC no longer supports program. Anyone have an idea?

I've seen the tread but since this is a completely new OS but it is also a new Mac and has not had Bliss ever on the hard drive. I tried to download jBliss but I can even look at it on the hard drive. Anyone have any thoughts.
