Pulling Actions Packs back off an iOS device

With all the Lion trouble, I've lost my custom action packs on my laptop, but they're still on my iPad. Anyone have instructions for getting them from my iPad back to my laptop?

Go to iTunes and find your iOS devise. Go to device apps then to file sharing for ibliss. This will show your action file click on it and then choose save to.. This will open a browse for folder window on your computer to save it to.
