overwriting basic actions for Android.

I've seen Don's technique for overriding/preventing basic actions by copying the basic action file and deleting all the actions you DON'T want to override.
However, I bought the Android Version, and i can't find the Basic Actions file to copy.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
