I cannot get Bliss to work on OSX 10.9.x, aka Mavericks. I receive the following error:

"Bliss" is damaged and can't be opened.
You should move it to the Trash.

I am having the same problem. How to we get past this? I tried downloading it twice, but both times I had the same problem.
