how do I install action files to my mac from my PC?

I have recently switched to a macbook pro. I have managed to install the program successfully, but cannot figure out how to install the action files from my PC. I have transferred them to a thumb drive, but don't know how to get them into the game in the right place. I have them on my desktop. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Going on a cruise in a few days and want to take Bliss with us.

Just choose "Install Add-On" from the Help menu of the main program. It will copy them to the correct place for you.
