Games for Loving

For actions that don't have a category (such as "animal" in the basic actions file) how is the level determined? Does anything entered in a profile or the level slider when starting the game affect whether or when it will be shown?

Actions with no categories will be considered Level 1 actions. They will show up only very early in the game.
