Hello there. My wife and I are wanting to purchase the Android version of Bliss, but would also like to have access to an action editor. I know that you do not have an action editor for android, so I'm planning to purchase a license for the action editor for PC. My main concern is this bit of text:

License only, previous purchase of Bliss or jBliss is required.

Does this mean that I have to purchase the PC version of Bliss to use the Action Editor, or will the editor included with the demo version of the game work?

That is stated wrong. The Action Editor does not require a Bliss license to run.
