Unable to load 1.5.3 Patch

Hi,

We had one other customer who had this problem, I can't seem to figure out what is causing it. I would suggest that you uninstall 1.5 and then use the full installer for 1.5.3. As of 1.5.3 we no longer make the test for the .NET framework in the installer.
