Downloading new .bdf actions in the Exchange

Can't figure out how to do this? I have new actions I would like to submit but I am unable, and get an error message when I try to upload.

Can yo give me some guidence please and thank you.?

You should just be able to click on "Add an Attachment". Can you give me any more details about the error you are seeing?
