Action Set Check List

When I start up a game and am asked to choose an action set, if I leave all of them with a check mark, are questions, etc. drawn randomly from all of them. What if I uncheck all but he action set I want to use? Thanks.

The game will "shuffle" together the actions from all of the lists that are checked. Those that are not checked will not be used at all.
