No response from support?

Hello,

Does anyone know if Don is still around to provide tech support (or whomever is providing support)? I sent a request to support a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything. I need to know how to reset the passwords. I have forgotten which passwords I used last time - didn't use my usual ones because my oldest kid has figured out what they are - and can't remember what I used. If anyone else can help that would be helpful.

Hi,

Please conact me through email because I don't post the instructions for password reset on the forum. I am not sure why I didn't see this till now. For some reason I didn't get the email notifying me of a new post.
