Possible to Skip Categories?

For now, I am writing actions for just my wife and I. I well know what our acceptable categories are, so it takes a lot of extra time to methodically go through and select categories for each action I create. If I know the actions are only for us, I figure that I don't have to worry about checking if the categories defined in the profile allow the action to be acceptable.

Is simply not defining any categories for created actions a simple method of making all defined actions available and usable?

Hi,

If you do that, all of the actions will wind up being defined as level 1 actions so Bliss will try to play then all early in the game but it will try to avoid playing them after the first few moves.
