Can someone please give me the secret to receiving an answer to a request for customer support... I understand that I am allowed one free name change on the license for Bliss then any after that would be at a cost. Over the past several months, I have sent at least 4 emails to support and one phone call leaving a message about having a change made. I have not heard one word yet. Would really love to get this change made.
