Can someone please give me the secret to receiving an answer to a request for customer support... I understand that I am allowed one free name change on the license for Bliss then any after that would be at a cost. Over the past several months, I have sent at least 4 emails to support and one phone call leaving a message about having a change made. I have not heard one word yet. Would really love to get this change made.

Hi,

Can you PM me on this forum and tell me the email address you have been using. I respond to license name change requests within a day or two so either I am not getting your emails our you are not getting my responses.
