Money Option ? bug

See Money Option thread in the Action Exchange forum.

Seems that even if you have insufficient funds to cover a Money charge, the charge is still deducted leaving a negative balance. I guess its only an overdraft!
Would it be better to disallow the charge if insuffiencient funds thereby forcing the player to undertake the Action (or even prevent the Action appearing unless sufficient funds - less fun!).
