Default Folders when WinBliss is installed elsewhere

When I installed WinBliss on a thumbdrive, it created all of the appropriate folders at the location where I told Windows to install it: RemovableDisk(E:)/WinBliss/... But, it also created folders in the default location: C:/Users/UserID/AppData/Roaming/GamesForLoving/Bliss/... This default location has 3 subfolders (Actions, Profiles, and TraceLogs). The "Actions" and "TraceLogs" folders are empty; but the "Profiles" folder stores the profile folders for me and my wife. Why are these defaults used, when I told it to install in a different location? There is a "Profiles" folder at the location where I installed (on the E: drive); but that folder is empty.

The Roaming folder is where user specific data is stored. The folders where the game is installed are for items shipped with the game.
