action editor

I can log in on my iPad and play but I want to make new actions again and can't find a download for the action editor.
I purchased it again thinking it wold give me a link but it didn't.
I now have a key and no idea what to do wit it.
I can also log into this forum but I tried to download the game on my Mac and it is asking for my bliss key. I have no idea what it is anymore.
I just have my new editor key.
