This is my error. application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000005

downloaded twice and both times got this message when we tryed to start the program.
Purchased the key today.

Janda,

Can you please tell me exactly when you see this error. Is it when you are trying to install the application or is the application installing properly and it happens when you try to run it?

Also, please give me all the details you can about your computer. What version of XP and Service Pack are you using.
