What is the new "voice over" option? How does it work?

VoiceOver is Apples technology for reading screen elements. It allows those who are blind to use the iPhone or iPad. You can read lots about it here. The recent update to Bliss makes it fully compatible with VoiceOver; previously there were a some items like the thermometers and dice that didn't work in VoiceOver mode.
