App removed from App Store?

Hi complete newbie here so I hope this is the right forum?

I discovered this game recently through a review on a website and found my way to Bliss Lite on the Apple App Store on my iPhone 6s.
I looked at the basic game and thought it might me something my wife and I could enjoy so decided to purchase the full version.

On returning to the App Store 48 hours later and I get a message stating the app is not available in my region (Australia) funny I just got it a few days ago.

I tried the in app purchase but got the same message. A manual search of the store showed no result.

When I opened the app just prior to writing here, the app bought up a purchase screen so I followed the links/prompts but got the same message as before once I got to the Apple store.

Has the app been removed? I hope not.
