Importing Action Files

Don,

I've been playing with the Action Editor and have assembled my set. I've had success importing using email.

The situation is this: I've been working on my Action File. And saving under the same file name. The problem is when I deleted the Action Set that I was able to import. Now Action Files of the same name won't import. I have to rename it in order for import to work.

Is this by design?
