Game crashes on iPad

Game crashes on iPad

While playing on my iPad, Bliss occasionally crashes and we have to start the game all over. Is there a way to save your progress during the game so that if it does crash we could open and resume where we left off? Is there a reason for the crash? And if there is, is there a way to correct it? We have a new iPad running the latest ios 9.2. We also have been playing Bliss on our MacBook Pro for years with NO crashes ever.Help!

We're really sorry you're experiencing crashes on your iPad.
Unfortunately there is currently no way to save a game in progress. However we'd sure like to understand and fix the cause of your crashes. If you could, please follow these instructions to send us some details about your crashes. This will help us track down the cause.
