1. Syncing with iTunes
This method requires a desktop computer.
- Connect your device to a cable and sync your device with iTunes on your desktop computer.
- After syncing, look for crash logs. See below for where to look on your operating system.
- In the appropriate directory for your operating system, look for files starting with "Bliss".
- Attach them to an email to isupport@gamesforloving.com.
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>
On Windows XP, look in:
C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\<DEVICE_NAME>
On Mac OS X, look in:
~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/<DEVICE_NAME>. Note that ~/Library is hidden by default on Mac OS X. To get this folder, open the Finder application, then hold the "option" key while clicking on the "Go" menu. You should see a menu item for "Library." Click on that, then continue navigating to Logs, CrashReporter, etc.
2. Emailing directly from a device
This method doesn't require a desktop computer, but may be slower if you want to send multiple crashes.
- Open the Settings app.
- Find the Analytics (formerly Diagnostics & Usage) screen.
- On iOS 10 or later, go to Privacy -> Analytics -> Analytics Data.
- On iOS 8 or iOS 9, go to Privacy -> Diagnostics & Usage -> Diagnostic & Usage Data.
- On iOS 7 or earlier, go to General -> About -> Diagnostics & Usage -> Diagnostic & Usage Data.
- Look for entries that start with “Bliss_”. Tap on one of them.
- You will see a text field with a crash log. Tap the share button on the top right.
- Choose Mail to email it to isupport@gamesforloving.com.
