How does one transfer or establish their existing license for Bliss on the new android version?

The mobile versions of the apps require a seperately purchased license. The desktop license does not apply to the mobile apps.

However, the mobile versions are much cheaper.

Actually that statement is still true, but perhaps I need a better way to word it. It means that all future release of the game are free, we don't charge for new software versions. But it doesn't apply to new products (such is iBliss or Bliss for Android).
