unlocked Action Editor won't let you use more "equipment"

I purchased the action editor so I can make some custom actions for the Android version. I have to access the Action editor through the PC demo version of the game. I think because of this I can't make new actions with all the "equipment" I can only select the equipment available to the free Demo version of the game? Am I doing something wrong? Is there a Stand Alone version of the Action Editor?

Just download the Beta 1.6.1 version from here:
