Can't uncheck 1st equipment

In the action editor, I can't uncheck the 1st item on the equipment list (personal lubricant). Normally this is not a big deal because we have lubricant and whatever else is being checked. But, if you select the box that "only one of the items checked needs to be selected", this could create a problem. The action might be shown if you just have personal lubricant and not one of the other equipment items that is really needed for the action (e.g. if the action calls for ice cubes OR ice cream -- and you have neither).

You are right, that could be an issue. I will add that to our fix list for the next release.
