1. Bliss Lock up with blank screen
Once backing out to the main screen
Once editing a profiles
2. Slow down or freeze with long profiles, screen goes very slow or freeze while moving down the profile list

1. Can I edit the profiles off line/on my pc

I have not seen the lock up / slowness like you describe. How many profiles are installed on your system? I will try to reproduce it.

Yes, you can freely transfer profiles back and forth between the Android and PC.

It only happens when I load Lots of action packs each with many toys attached to them.
I had over 10
When I used a few it works just fine.

I have a android licensing question.
1. Can a license be moved to a different android device, or bought off line and added?
2. I sideload Bliss to the kindle fire and it runs great. But I can not buy a license through the app.
I have already bought a license for my S3
I do not mind buy it again.
I know this is a problem with amazon walled garden and not yours.
