Improving Undeveloped Property

I would like to recommend that in the list of undeveloped property options, the list contain the existing number of properties of that type already built and the player's ownership.
Example:
-----------------------------------------------
Massage Studio 2 (S); 1 (P)
Doctor's Office 1 (S)
Gym
Toy Store 1 (S); 3 (P)
etc.
-----------------------------------------------

This way, when I go to choose, I know that I haven't selected a Gym yet, but that I already have two Massage Studios and my Partner has 3 Toy Stores.
