action editor suggestions

- full screen proper window resize for action editor where window objects scale properly
- during game play show small numbers near the bottom showing the level of the action card (enable in options)
- or if adding debug mode is too much code, just allowing variables in the text and/or credit fields for better feedback during game. variables like: %game_passion_level% %Player_passion_level% %action_Card_level% %action_title% %action_gender% etc....
- a warning in the action editor when text exceeds the viewable area

- keyword search for finding action
- sort and filter at the same time
- improved stats view for better insight into an action file
- sort and filter by more things like category, level, player state, etc....
