The toy store in the action editor is for a feature that didn't get finished before the game had to be release. It will be there in a future version.

The clothing issues is tougher. Many of the actions require that certain portions of the body be bare. You could use the action editor to change that, but it would take a lot of work.

One little pointer, the game never tells the female player to remove thigh highs or high heels unless it really has to.

I too am looking forward to the addition of the Toy Store. Also, please post areas you would like to have included! Even if the area doesn't show up as a "Buildable Option" right away, I would like to be able to expand on some ideas for uses for the "Undeveloped Squares". So it may be a 'transient building' such as a football field or something.
