You just need to download then add this action list to all your other action files.
Then when you start the game make sure to select this action file.
When either of you land on a square where you can build something, lingerie should show up on the bottom of the list.

That works but how do you get the picture to show up on the board? I just get an x.

Here's 137x137 PNG bit map suitable for the iPad and I think Android. I just took the BMP, scaled it to 137x137 in Photoshop and sharpened it a bit.
