Conditional Actions Using Custom Player State

This small action file is an attempt to use the "custom player state" feature and thereby chain actions together. Feedback as to whether these work correctly for you and/or ways to improve them would be appreciated.

In this action set the subject is the player who built and operates the security checkpoint. The partner is the one who gets inspected. Or that was the intent.
