How does one create one of these BDF files?

.bdf files are created using the Action Editor, which is an option when you purchase Bliss. The action editor has it's own manual that explains how to use it. The Action Editor manual is installed on your Start menu in the same place that Bliss is.

To create a .bdf file, open the Action Editor by selecting Options | Action Editor in the game. Once it is open, you can open, create, and save .bdf files much the same way a word processor opens, creates and saves files.

The built in actions in Bliss are in the action file BasicActions.bdf. It is usually not a good idea to modify this file since new versions of the game will have new versions of this file.

When a game is started in Bliss, all of the .bdf files in the action directory are read and merged together and then randomized.
