Dr. D-Light install on new computer

I purchased Bliss many, many years ago. I also purchased the Dr D add on pack. I recently had to replace my computer. I tried moving the game from the old computer to the new computer but had issues with everything transferring. I ended up having to uninstall Bliss and reinstall on the new computer. The Dr D pack is not showing up. It is still showing up on the old computer in the Profile Editor but cannot find a How can I go about getting it installed in the game that I downloaded to the new computer.
