Discount for Pack1 purchasers?

Do people who purchaed Action Pack1 get a discount or upgrade price for Pack2?

Hello,
Pack 1, version 1.5 in either the the US or UK edition is the upgrade for the original Pack 1. The upgrade from the version that was 1.4 compatible to the version 1.5 compatible version is complimentary.
Pack 2 version 1.5 is a separate package. As additonal packs will be as well.
