Problems with Dr. D Light

Has anyone been able to successfully purchase anything from the Dr. D. Light website recently? I placed an order last week, which has cleared PayPal, but I cannot get any response from their website. I have tried sending mail from multiple addresses to get around any potential spam filters (both on my end and theirs), but I have gotten zero response.
