problem with pack 2

Hello, I recently purchased the Dr. Dlight expansion packs 1 and 2. Pack number 1 installed without any problems but the email that came with pack 2 did not have the serial number listed in it so I am unable to extract the zipped folder so that I can install it. I have emailed the Dr. Dlight website but have not received any response. Does anyone know how to fix this or have any suggestions about what to do?

I had exactly the same problem. After I complained to Paypal and got a refund I received an email from Dr Dlight with a new download link that didn't work any better. I have emailed again with no response.
